Our water system by the door is gone, and we have a new reverse osmosis dispenser by the utility sink in the west room. So, get your CrossFit on and hydrate your cells at the same time!

We have a new fruit and nut bar for sale in our little store. Similar to the Lara Bar, they are called Kit’s Organics, are produced by Clif Bar, and my favorite flavor is the cashew. Please let us know what you think of them.

Have you heard of the prowler? It is a steel sled that we load up with weight that you get to push, and race, in workouts. The better to make you stronger, my dear…. They have arrived and just might show up in Emilie’s Saturday Classes.
