New Gym News and Kettlebells

This is the new pull-up structure that was designed by Coach Kris, who also is an architect and talented builder. Finishing touches are being completed as I type, and this Saturday you can actually test drive the new monkey bars.

 

I”m not sure, but I think Coach Emilie might have a few farmer carries in the workout for you on Saturday morning. And, if you would like to formally help with the move please meet at 1PM on Saturday afternoon at the gym.

 

We can’t wait for Wine Country CrossFit to have a new home, and we thank you for your patience. I have been working on a bigger space for a year now, so this is an exciting blog for me to post!

Thursday’s WOD:

Kettlebell Work:

Kettlebell Work of Coach’s Choice (Turkish Get-ups, Windmills, KB Snatches, etc)

WOD: EMOM for 10 Minutes
Perform 10 Kettelbell Swings (70/53)
All-Out Sprint* for 5 Seconds

*Because the work portion of this workout is so short, maximum effort should be exerted during the KB Swings and the 5 second sprint. You should need the remainder of the minute to recover!!
