Lunch Classes will start next Monday, September 10, so please tell your friends!

 

They will start promptly at 12.10, and finish at 12.55. An abbreviated version, this 45 minute class is certain to tone and strengthen both mind and body. Don’t forget your towel if you need the shower post WOD.
