Monday Meal Prep – Brussel Sprout Slaw
It’s Whole Life Challenge season, and here’s a delicious and compliant recipe. We are one week into the six week challenge, and I am starting to feel good! This great dish is suggested as an alternative to traditional Thanksgiving dinner. But, I like brussel sprouts so much that I’m preparing them without the turkey! I even got a new attachment for the food processor so I could do the prep in less time. Hope you like this recipe as much as everyone did in our family.
