Monday is 1RM Front Squat Retest, Today is Deload
In place of Benchmark Monday next week we will retest the 1 Rep Max Front Squat, and we are excited to see the results! It’s been very impressive to watch so many of you progress dramatically during the last 9 week squat program. Thanks for the inspiration! Today is the final deload day, so think about what you can do on the weekend to get the most out of that 1 Rep Max day!
