Meal Prep Monday – Cinnamon Rolls
This Paleo lifestyle works for me. I feel great most of the time. I have good energy. I’ve reduced my sugar intake by at least 30 pounds a year, and my waistline is moving in the right direction.
But, I miss Cinnamon Rolls. You know that place in airports all over the US that has buns ready ALL the time with that crazy good smell wafting through the terminal? Or how about the buns that mom used to make on Sunday mornings with the homemade dough and the extra cinnamon……
When I found this recipe it was a comfort moment. I know I can’t eat like this daily and continue to feel great, but when I cheat this is how I do it! Let us know what you think of this recipe. We LOVED it.
