Lurong Follow Up, 1 Rep Max Clean & AMRAP

We had a number of athletes participate in the Lurong Paleo Challenge between September 15 and November 15, and they lost substantial inches while making significant gains in their work capacity.  To mention a few, Kathy Payne of the morning classes lost 14 pounds, two clothes sizes, and committed to Xfit three days a week. Clem Richardson lost 20 pounds, increased his strength and vitality, and that was only the start for him.
