Level II Demystified, Agility Skills

Jose Under the Bar

Do those big weight lifters in the West Wing scare you? Have no fear as they are just like all the rest of us!  They work hard on their movements, and work hard to build strength, power and speed under the bar. One of the most effective ways to achieve that is to workout with them in the Level II class on Wednesday’s at 6PM.

We originally published a somewhat strict criterion for Level II classes, and we are formally softening those guidelines as we seem to have scared many of you away. Level II classes are for those that have a basic understanding of the Olympic lifts, and want to have increased focus on them. We assume that attendees can warm themselves up and handle their own mobility. We assume you are there to work hard and learn. We encourage you to try it out, and if you have doubts about your ability ask your coach if it’s the right step for you.

Pushing ourselves is what makes us better. AKA it’s the fight that keeps you young!
