Final Day of Burpee Challenge, 12 Days of Christmas WOD and Deadlifts

Today is the FINAL DAY of the 100 Day Burpee Challenge!!! Congratulations to everyone who participated!!! In celebration of this momentous occasion, Friday’s WOD will be 100 Burpees for Time!!!

Tomorrow, Wednesday, December 18, Coach Rodrigo has programmed the 12 Days of Christmas WOD for the Level II Class, and then we’ll be heading out afterward for a Holiday Get-Together. If you won’t be here next week for the Christmas Eve WOD (or even if you will!), come on in then to get in this CRAZY Workout!!!

Tuesday’s Workout

Snatch-Grip Deadlifts – Work up to a heavy set of 5, then perform 2 more sets of 5 at that weight

WOD – 5 Rounds (score is total number of reps)
1:00 10 meter Prowler Push (90/50)
1:00 Deadlifts (95/65)
1:00 Sit-Ups

Optional Cash-Out – 7 minute AMRAP Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
