My Previous Life and Kettlebells
Used to be, in my previous life, that round about this time of year I was getting ready to do some of this, or maybe I was already in the southern hemisphere with paddle in hand. My almost daily rhythm revolved around water, the moving kind, and boats. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss those days. And, I’m so glad now to be CrossFit so that when the opportunity hits I can at least paddle off the couch!
Here’s to staying fit and strong no matter what, so you can be ready for anything!
