Jerks & CrossFit Games
Jerks are one of my favorite movements, so come on in and join the fun on Tuesday. If you are competent with the jerk, you will start to split the movement, so get ready!
And, did you see the CrossFit Games that just finished on Sunday??? If you didn’t catch any of it I highly encourage you to see some of the ESPN stream of the event. We talk constantly in our gym about hip function and midline stability. The games are a beautiful display of how effective movement is when both of those work seamlessly together.
