I grew up obsessed with candy and home made baked goods as my mother harkens from the Dakotas. I think the best baked goods in America come from there in the form of pie, strudel, cinnamon rolls, ice cream socials, divinity and fudge, etc etc. I always knew it as a primary food group, and it’s only when some health problems set in that I learned to cut back. It’s true, the cravings do diminish. But in the meantime the call of the white death is like the siren in the distance, always there, and always appealing…..Not sure what I’m talking about? Read this to learn the not so sweet truth about sugar.

Holiday schedule is posted on the Front Desk Calendar and on yesterday’s blog. Foundation Training Class will resume in the New Year, as will the Xfit Kids classes and Barbell Club. We will continue with the Team Open Training on Tuesdays at 5PM for the rest of December. This class is open to ALL of you who want to improve on the fundamentals while gaining strength and confidence. This fun class is coached by Richie and Katelyn. In January we will add new times to the Team Open Training.
