At-Home Christmas WOD

The Huffington Post Last Year Reported that the Average Person Consumes 8,530 Calories on Christmas Day. Here’s how you can earn a few of them – put on your favorite Holiday Tunes and get to work!!

Run Around Your Block (or 800 Meters)
Do 20 Burpees in your front yard (make your neighbors jealous!!)
Find something heavy-ish (preferably unbreakable) in your house and do 30 lunges/side while holding it
Now do 40 Air Squats while holding the same heavy-ish thing
Do 50 Sit-ups (use a rolled-up towel under your back if needed) with a can of something (cranberry sauce? pumpkin? coconut milk?) in your hands, hands overhead.
Back to the Air Squats
Again with the Lunges
Yes, make your neighbors look twice a second time and do the burpees again
Finish the WOD with the run – but faster this time!
