We invite you to share some summer cheer with CrossFitters you may know. If you are new to our gym then we invite you to come out and meet some new folks. That way you can recognize the names on the board from the classes you don’t attend. We are all creatures of habit, and I know there are very few afternoon CrossFitters who would recognize a morning WODer. Now’s the time to create familiarity. Even if you don’t drink, come on out for some fizzy water and socializing!
