Cool Hoodies & Hang Squat Cleans

We finally have cool new hoodies, just in time for the cool weather! The women’s design has a front zip and bright pink ink, and the masculine version is a pullover with blue ink. Get ’em while they are hot! We also – finally – have more of the T-Shirts with the guy jumping rope in the wine glass, also with pink or blue ink respectively.

 

We were REALLY inspired by this video and their movement, so I’m sharing with all of you. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Thursday’s WOD:

Hang Squat Clean (position 1)  Practice

Every Minute on the minute for 12 minutes:

1 Hang Squat clean (perfect position)
2 Front Squats
3 Box Jumps (30/24)

Increase weight as heavy as possible with no misses.  Weight may be changed after any round, but once weight is subtracted, you may not add weight again.  Score is the weight on the bar at the end of the workout and number of rounds that weight was used for (2 separate numbers)
