Better Kipping Pull-ups
I was cruising through the interwebs recently, and came upon this great article in Tabata Times regarding Kipping Pull-ups.
We practice all variety of pull-ups here at WCCF – kipping, strict, butterfly, negatives, on the rings in false grip – and they all have their place. In fact, as you practice one type, you’ll notice you get better at another!
And of course, mastering the pull-up is key to eventually getting the muscle-up, and we all want that!
