- A few of us are considering getting together for an ugly sweater holiday gathering – maybe at Napa Bowl?? I’m thinking a weeknight – maybe a Thursday evening?
- This is it! The fifth and final week of the Paleo Challenge is this week! Only a few more days to go, so GO BIG!!
- Day 72 of the 100-Day Burpee Challenge is today. 2628 Burpees done, 2422 left – It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally HALFWAY DONE with the total number of burpees! Hallelujah!
- Our Paleo Potluck is this Friday, November 22. Please Join us! You do not have to have participated in the Challenge to join us – just let us know you’re coming!
