Front Squats

We are starting an eight week strength training cycle, and it is based on your one rep max front squat.  During this cycle we will squat two times a week, and at the end we will retest the front squat. The program will begin next week, so it’s imperative that you are armed with knowledge prior to the start.  Get on in here and see where you are with the front squat now, and get ready for fun!

Find Your 1 Rep Max.

EMOM 10 min
2 Thrusters (115/85)
Shuttle Run, down and back 2 times. Touch the ground at the turn around

Cash Out: Hollow Holds, 3x.30, 15 second rest between efforts
