10 toes to bar
10 push ups

Couplet 2:
3 rounds
10 kettlebell swings (53/35)
10 walking lunges holding bell
Never let bell touch the ground during this wod.

Cash Out. 3 x 10 Pendlay Rows. Get into a tight position 2 with a tight belly, and squeeze your shoulder blades together to initiate this movement. If you have to jerk your body around to move the bar you are going tooooooo heavy! Consider starting with PVC
