Day 1 of 100-Day Burpee Challenge and Angie

Today begins our 100 Day Burpee Challenge! We have quite a group of folks who’ve pledged to participate, and I’m personally looking forward (well, not REALLY) to seeing what this challenge does for me! We will test out the 100 Burpees on Friday, January 20th – just in time for the last Holiday Season push! If you want to join, but didn’t get me your request by last Friday, you can still participate, you just owe me 10 additional burpees for the two days you were late! 😉

Angie

For time:

100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Air Squats

To be completed as Rx the WOD must be completed top to bottom. All Pull Ups before push ups etc.
