Negative Muscle-ups – Perform 30 (not for time). Focus on maintaining full control throughout the entire range of motion. Sub toe-touch negative muscle-ups or negative pull-ups/negative dips.
WOD – EMOM 15 Minutes
On the EVEN Minute – 3 Strict Burpee Muscle-ups*
On the ODD Minute – 5 Box Jumps (30/24) + 10 Double-Unders (Sub 10 Tuck-Jumps)
