CrossFit Kids & Teens Starts Monday!
Send your kids to us for the next two weeks! Between our CrossFit Kids Classes, CrossFit Teen Classes, and Teen Weight Lifting Classes we have something for kids little to big.
Our two week summer session starts Monday July 16 and runs thru Friday July 27. Our Youth classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Times and age groups are indicated below:
CrossFit Kids – Ages 7 to 11 years old
9.15AM – 9.55AM
Teen Weight Lifting – Ages 13 to 17 years old
10AM – 10.55AM
CrossFit Teens – Ages 12 – 17
11AMĀ – 11.45AM
Not just scaled down CrossFit Classes, our youth programs are specially designed to meet young athlete’s needs. Our classes benefit children who need sport specific conditioning, and they also stand alone as a great way to get kids moving!
