Summer Sessions
Wine Country CrossFit hosts summer sessions for our three level of CrossFit Kids classes. The summer sessions run from June 20 through July 20, and we take a break on the 4th of July. Not sure how to keep your kids moving while school is out? Send them to us! All of our CrossFit Kids programs inspire and change lives through building strength and having fun.
The CrossFit Kids class is for children aged 5 to 9 years old. They play a game for their warm up, often imitating animals or going through an obstacle course. They learn a skill and complete a Workout Of The Day, or the WOD. The class always finishes with another game, and your children are certain to leave with big smiles on their faces. CrossFit Teens is for children aged 10-16. These bigger kids also do a fun warm-up, learn a skill and complete an exciting Workout Of The Day. Big kids also love play so this class also finishes with a game. The CrossFit Teens classes are Mondays and Wednesdays, 4.30-5.20PM
Teen Weightlifting is a step up from Crossfit Teens. It is a strength and conditioning program for 13-17 years olds. In this class your children will gain strength, flexibility, improve their overall fitness while having fun. We ask that your child attend CrossFit Teen classes as a prerequisite for the Teen Weightlifting class. Teen Weightlifting classes are Mondays and Wednesdays, 3.35-4.25
