Holiday Schedule Reminder, Coach Tami's Story and 100 Burpees for Time!
Just a reminder that our Holiday Schedule is in effect for the next few weeks:
- Tuesday, December 24 – 9 am Class Only
- Wednesday, December 25 – CLOSED
- **NEW CHANGE** Thursday, December 26 – NO 8 AM CLASS OR 6:30 PM CLASS
- Tuesday, December 31 – 9 am Class Only
- Wednesday, January 1 – CLOSED
Today’s Coach Spotlight – Tami Mostert!
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Tami moved to the Napa area a few years ago. She has been a dancer from the age of 2, graduated from Oklahoma City University as a dance major and danced profesionally for many years. She and her Husband found CrossFit together when they moved to the Valley a, and they’ve been hooked ever since! She liked it so much, she decided to become a CrossFit Coach
In addition to her dance experience and CrossFit Level I Certification, Tami has also been a Pilates Instructor since 2007, and pulls from these various areas of expertise when coaching and cueing the CrossFit movements and skills.
Tami lives in Napa with her husband, and is the mother of 2 fur babies, 1 daughter, with another baby on its way!
100 Burpees for Time!
Bear with us, folks! Today is the acid-test of the 100-Day Burpee Challenge. For those of you who were unaware, a (misguided?) group of about 20 of us have been slogging our way through the 100-Day Burpee Challenge, and just finished on Tuesday. I’ve given the folks a few days of rest, and now we’re going to see if all those burpees were worth it!! The last time we did this WOD was on August 30, and I have high expectations for big PRs!!
