Bulletproof Diet & Strength Day
I’m hot into a new read called the Bulletproof Diet. Written by the guy who started putting butter in his coffee as a way to get more fats, he took his Silicon Valley smarts and applied them to hacking his body to discover why it wasn’t working anywhere near optimal. The Clif Notes are that we can feel amazing physically and mentally, and we can essentially be “bulletproof” if we follow his lead. I’m early into the book, but it’s hard to put down, and the results and reviews on the internet are impressive. In addition his personal story as an overweight tech exec who did everything his doctor said including diet and exercising 90 minutes a day is quite compelling. Buy it on Amazon here.
