Barbell Club has a new time and a new look. We heard from many of you that you wanted to attend, but that the 6.30 PM start was simply too late. We have restarted the class now at 6:00 PM. We have also consolidated it to three days a week; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Do you want to get better at those Olympic Lifts but just can’t seem to get over your mobility challenges? Don’t worry as inspiration is on the way. Not long ago our very own Barbell Club coach Jose Espinal could not even hold a barbell over his head because his muscles were so tight. Remember, those barbells only weigh 45 pounds. Now Jose can snatch 240# and clean 295#. He used to also have trouble touching his toes, and now he can deadlift 515#.
Don’t let a few mobility or strength challenges stop you from attending Barbell Club. Spend some time with Jose and get inspired by his tips and coaching.

There’s Still Time
The Whole Life Challenge started one week ago, which means there are still seven weeks for you to get on board and feel amazing. The fun and engaging WLC will have you drink more water, mobilize those tight spots, make better food choices, workout more, live life with a big more vigor, and it’s all to get points in a game! Memorial Day Murph Challenge & Bar-B-Que
Join us for Murph on Monday, May 30th at 10AM. We are now an official sponsor of the Murph Foundation. When you sign up here to get the shirt, you are supporting the Murph Scholarship Fund. Michael Murphy was a big advocate of reading, and so are we!
Directly following Murph we will have a Burger Fry and Paleo Potluck. WCCF will provide the burgers and fixin’s, and we ask that you please bring your favorite side. Please put your name on the white board if you plan to attend so we can make sure to have enough food for you!
