Paleo Brownie Recipe Throw-Down, Bar Gymnastics and EMOM
Paleo Brownies – A Great Post-WOD Recovery Treat!
I ran across this blog post from BakerGal the other day, and thought I’d share it with you. I know, I tend to post A LOT of dessert recipes, but I love to bake, so there it is! Besides, what’s not to love about 5 different Paleo-Friendly Brownie Recipes?? Especially when someone ELSE does the work for you!
BakerGal set out to not only try other folks’ paleo brownie recipes, but to use her experiences and build a paleo brownie recipe all her own (pictured below)! Of course, as with any treat, these should be consumed in moderation, so I recommend making them when you know you can IMMEDIATELY share them with others!
I have not tried ANY of these paleo brownies, as I can’t be trusted when chocolate is involved, but I think the next time we have a Paleo Potluck, this will be a source I’ll use!
So, try one or all of the recipes, and let me know what you think is the best paleo brownie in the bunch!
