Anne-Elise Branches Out!
Anne-Elise Light has been with us for a little over a year, and her 
transformation has been quite notable:
-In the beginning she could squat about 1/3 of the way down. Now she is below parallel!
-Last year she watched her husband Derrick Light (D-Light for those in the know) compete in The Open. This year SHE is doing The Open. And she’s on our leaderboard!
