This is our final week of the 5 week Clean Cycle, and next week we will retest our 1 Rep Max. So please come in and get extra familiar with the positions so that you can stand and deliver when the time comes!

Thursday’s WOD

10×1. PAUSE AT EThursday’s WODACH POSITION as long as needed. Level Load Across All 10 Sets (Don’t Increase Weight across sets). Use Maximum Effective Rep Weight (As much weight as you can manage with PERFECT technique). Target an increase each week of 2kg/5lbs.
AMRAP 15 minutes
5 Deadlift (225/155)
10 Push-ups
15 sit-ups
Run 200 meters

 

Cash Out: 100 double unders for time. If you don’t yet have solid doubles work on them and count your misses.
