20 Pull-Up Challenge and WORK IT WOD!
20 Pull-up Challenge Update
So, about 40 of us have been working our little arms off for the past 6 weeks or so in the hopes of improving the quality and increasing the number of strict pull-ups we can do. We started out collectively being able to do 55.75 (yes, I’m counting partials), and our combined GOAL number is 258. I took a poll over the weekend, and with the data from those who responded to the poll, it looks like our current total combined number of pull-ups (from those who are still working on the challenge and haven’t given up) is about 50% of the way to the finish line. This is great news!!!
Yes we still have a ways to go, but I have faith that WE CAN DO IT!!!! Stay tuned for the next update!
Bummed that you’re not part of the 20 Pull-up Challenge? Don’t worry, we’ll do this again later this year (but not before we revisit the 100-Day BURPEE CHALLENGE!!).
