Round 2 = #2 and #1
Round 3 = #3, #2 and #1
etc. up to 12
#1 – 1 Muscle-Up (Scale with feet on floor or sub 1 Chest-to-Bar Pull-up)
#2 – 2 V-Ups
#3 – 3 Box Jumps (30/24)
#4 – 4 Pull Ups
#5 – 5 Burpees
#6 – 6 KB Swings (70/44)
#7 – 7 Mountain Climbers (per side)
#8 – 8 Squat Jumps (Squat and jump as high as possible)
#9 – 9 Double Unders
#10 – 10 Toes to bar
#11 – 11 Wall Balls (20/14)
#12 – 12 Goblet squats w/KB (70/44)
