Cinco De Mayo is celebrated  to commemorate the Mexican Army’s unlikely victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862, under the leadership of General Ignacio Zaragoza.

We LOVE unlikely victories, and we LOVE a reason to celebrate! This year we celebrate with Muscles De Mayo. Please sign up under the Wine Country CrossFit Team, get your T-shirt, and with that support Feeding America. Choose your division at registration: RX, Scaled, Party.

Feeding America is an amazing organization that redirects wasted food from farmers, manufacturers and retailers  to people in need.

6.00PM – Heats begin

6.30PM – Taco Truck is ready to serve

6.45PM – Margaritas flow freely

7.00PM – Awards Ceremony

Double Unders x 25 or Single Unders x 100

Drink a cold Jarrito (or similar beverage of your choice)
1 Arm Overhead Carry Right Arm (xx/xx)* x 100 yards
1 Arm Overhead Carry Left Arm (xx/xx) x 100 yards
Freestyle Dance – 20 seconds

*It’s the party division. Weight is up to you…but you need to earn those Jarritos.
