Aerial Tissue Class in Napa

New York Circus Arts founder Cypher Zero will be in Napa teaching a special 6-week Aerial Acrobatics course for participants ages 12 and up. This is a unique and fun way for people of all fitness levels and body types to gain strength and coordination while learning the beautiful art of Aerial Silk. Here’s your chance to try something different and get a great workout while learning fantastic new skills from a world class instructor. Cyper’s experiences with coaching recreational students lead him to develop a new, accessible method for teaching professional quality circus skills to students of varying backgrounds, and eventually founding the New York Circus Arts Academy. We are fortunate to have a coach of this caliber in Napa.
Dates:
• Introductory class: Saturday, Oct 22, 2011, 8-9:30am. $25
• 6-week session: Saturdays, Nov 5 ~ Dec 17, 8-9:30am. No class Nov 26. $195
