Our Classes

Get ready to Savor the Results from our exhilarating classes! We’ve got programs galore, so you’re sure to find something for yourself, your kids, your grandparents - and more! Try one or try them all. No class is too tough because we scale every workout to fit your individual needs.

  • CrossFit Level 1

    Led by our fabulous coaches, group classes move through mobility drills, a skill-based warm-up, and the Workout of the Day. Completion of an On Ramp Series, Private On Ramp Series, or Test Out is a prerequisite for joining our group classes. We track our workouts in SugarWOD so the results are objective and on the page, instead of subjective and in our heads. Each component of the class is scalable so athletes of various abilities can work out side by side. There is great camaraderie and encouragement in our classes, so get ready for fun.

  • Elements

    Elements Classes are open to everyone but are designed as a bridge between On Ramp and our Level I Classes. The Elements Classes promote and enhance your health by exposing you to a wide variety of movements with a focus on proper mechanics. The Elements Classes are great for beginners because they focus on movement quality rather than intensity, but the workouts are not just for beginners. Like everything in our gym, these workouts are scalable and can be made as difficult or as easy as you need.

  • Barbell Club

    Barbell Club is designed to challenge and refine the skills of our more experienced athletes. The focus is on the Olympic lifts, the power lifts, and all of the accessory movements that improve your stability and speed under the bar.

  • On Ramp Series

    The On Ramp Series is designed for the generally active, injury-free individual who wants to join our ongoing group CrossFit classes. In this 7-class series, you will be exposed to our movement curriculum in a group format. You’ll learn movement techniques and get a progressive introduction to the intensity levels of our group classes.

    The On Ramp Series meets three times a week for 2.5 consecutive weeks. Once you have finished the entire On Ramp Series, you have 10 days to attend our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes for free before starting a membership or purchasing a class punch card.

    Please note, if you have pre-existing injuries or are deconditioned, additional private coaching sessions may be required before moving into our fast-paced group classes.

  • On Ramp – Private

    Are you ready to start doing CrossFit but can’t attend the On Ramp Series because of scheduling constraints? If so, sign up for Private On Ramp, which is typically three to five hours of one-on-one coaching with one of our trainers. During these sessions, you will work with your coach to build your general fitness base and gain familiarity with our movements to get you ready to join our regular CrossFit classes.

  • Personal Training

    Personal training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, enabling you to move forward as quickly as possible.

    Personal Training is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. You will find the greatest success starting CrossFit with private coaching if:

    • You want to lose weight and improve your body composition
    • You want extra accountability
    • You have generally been sedentary
    • You are new to exercise
    • You have specific performance-oriented goals (triathlon, basketball, etc.)
    • You are pregnant or have just had a child.

    Your coach will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace. Once you have finished the sessions, you have a week to join in our regularly scheduled classes for free before starting a membership or purchasing a class punch card. Please note, if you have pre-existing injuries or are quite de-conditioned, additional private sessions may be required before moving into our fast-paced group classes.

  • CrossFit Kids

    CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled-down version of CrossFit. It is entirely, absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for the specific developmental needs of kids. Since Late 2004, CrossFit Kids has been “Forging the Future of Fitness” and is currently in over 400 gyms in North America, Australia, Europe, Africa, India, Japan and Panama. CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness.

    In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. We briefly address nutrition, so kids start to identify foods that make them feel good and perform well. Finally, our kids develop self-confidence and a sense of integrity from the individual effort and the group interaction. Classes are 40 minutes long. CrossFit Kids class is for children approximately 8-11 years old.

    Please note that we are now in the summer schedule. We will have a four week summer session that will run Jun 19-July 12. Classes will meet every Monday and Wednesday, 2:45-3:30PM.

  • CrossFit Teens

    Teens 12 to 16 love our CrossFit Teens class. We start with a warm up, teach a skill, and perform the Workout-of-the-Day followed by a game or challenge. Using weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular training, our teens develop the skills of well-rounded athletes. CrossFit Teens helps teens get healthy and fit, raises their self-esteem and builds self-confidence and strength in the body. It works wonders as a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or as an addition to sport-specific training.

    Please note that we are now in the summer schedule. We will have a four week summer session that will run Jun 19-July 12. Classes will meet every Monday and Wednesday, 3:35-4:25PM.

  • Teen Weightlifting

    Our Teen Weightlifting class is a step up from CrossFit Teens, which is held directly after this class. This class is a strength and conditioning program for 13-17 year olds where they will gain strength, flexibility, and improve their overall fitness while having fun. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting (barbells, kettlebells) with gymnastics movements to create strength and agility. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught under the watchful eye of our CrossFit Kids certified trainers. In addition to increasing physical prowess, this class boosts self-esteem both in and outside of the gym.

    If your teenager is already an athlete, Teen Weightlifting will take them to the next level by teaching proper mechanics, recovery, movement, nutrition, and flexibility. We aim to create an all-around athlete that will excel at any sport or physical task. If your teen is not an athlete, our program will help them establish healthy lifestyle habits and convert them from sedentary to active. Your teen will transform quickly and be proud of their achievement as this class builds strength in the body and mind.

    The class is offered 2x per week. We recommend your children also attend the CrossFit Teens Classes directly following the Teen Weightlifting Class for a complete strength, fun and metabolic conditioning program.

  • Don’s Beginner Boxing Series

    Join the game! Sign up now to build confidence, get fit and have fun in Don Mohammed’s Beginner Boxing Series. This class is for men and women of all ages who want to work on coordination, skills, strength and endurance to start their day in a powerful way!

    In this beginner boxing series, you will learn technique fundamentals such as hand protection, development of the perfect punch, defense, offense, movements and combinations. In addition, your conditioning will grow as your skills increase.

    This class will be taught by Don Mohammed, Napa’s only Professional MMA fighter. Every person you see in the Octagon has a forte, and Don’s is boxing. He first took up gloves at 16 and has sparred with some of the best boxers in California. He has been a Pro MMA fighter for the last five years, and boxing remains his biggest passion.

    Please note that class size is limited to 15. Should you miss the enrollment, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified when a space becomes available.

  • Boot Camp

    Join us for our 45-minute boot camp class and learn foundation movements for a more functional life. We provide you with the tools to improve strength, mobility and endurance in a friendly, group environment. No matter what your fitness level is, we provide the building blocks to a stronger foundation — a stronger you.

  • Corporate Boot Camp

    These 30-45 minute group classes are perfect for building teamwork and camaraderie in the work place. Our skilled and charismatic coaches come to your workplace and get your team moving. Our functional movement focus means that your staff will run, jump, push and pull. They will learn new movements that inspire better posture and increased comfort throughout the workday.

    If you’re a local business/corporation looking to provide your employees with a health-conscious benefit, contact us for special pricing options. We offer corporate programs and/or special classes dedicated to your employees to improve teamwork, collaboration and inter-personal relationships. We can even come to your office to discuss our program and host a fun trial workout for your team.

  • Coaching Internships

    Are you interested in becoming a Wine Country CrossFit Coach? We are actively seeking athletic and motivated people who want to build a career as a coach. Our thorough Coaching Internship Program teaches you how to teach, how to cue movements, and how to work with individuals and groups of all sizes.

  • Aerial Arts Free Intro Class

    Wine Country Aerials is a supportive community that welcomes people of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes to come have fun and get more fit learning the art of aerial silks. Ages 13 and up.

    Come for a Free Introductory Class any Tuesday night from 8:00 – 8:30pm.

    If you want to embark on your aerial training, you can continue with single class drop-ins, or purchase a class card for a discounted rate.

  • Aerial Arts

    Here you will find a unique, fun opportunity for people of all fitness levels and body types to build strength, gain flexibility and improve coordination while learning the beautiful art of Aerial Silks. We keep our classes small to ensure a safe experience with plenty of personal attention.

    Our beginner students start by learning skills close to the ground, building a strong foundation of the basics such as climbing and inversions. As students advance, they can begin to practice skills higher in the air and will learn more complicated moves such as drops and flips. Eventually, we start putting together the moves we learn into simple sequences and finally into fully choreographed routines set to a variety of musical styles.

  • Aerial Arts Level I

    Level I is for brand new students or those who want to brush up on their aerial fundamentals. Here you will learn the primary skill sets needed to launch your aerial training: climbs, footlocks, inversions and hipkeys. While having fun learning the foundation of Aerial Silks, students will gain skills and vocabulary, as well as improve strength and overall body awareness. Taking the Conditioning/Flexibility class in conjunction with Level I is highly recommended to build muscle, coordination, endurance and elasticity in your body to accelerate your aerial training.

  • Aerial Arts Level II

    Level II is for students who feel comfortable with the basics and are ready to continue building on their solid foundation. In this class, Level II students expand their repertoire of skills and learn new ways of stringing them together into simple sequences. Proper technique is emphasized to accentuate each aerial movement for its beauty and elegance and keep the body in proper alignment.

    Prerequisites for this class:

    • Must be able to stay in the air at least 1 minute.
    • Must be able to easily execute at least two styles of climbs (both left and right sides).
    • Must be able to put on a single footlock and demonstrate at least 3 moves in single footlock (both left and right sides)
    • Must be able to put on double footlocks and demonstrate 1 way of getting into crossback.
    • Must be able to easily invert in the air.

  • Aerial Arts Level III

    Level III is for intermediate students to collaboratively review, refine and build confidence in their aerial repertoire. After a group warm up, we will practice stringing together already known skills into sequences, focusing on clean lines and putting them to counts and different types of musical styles. Both group and video feedback will assist in transforming an aerialists’ tool-belt of skills into choreographed routines – emphasizing the beauty, grace and strength of aerial silks.

    Prerequisites for this class are the requirements for Level II plus:

    • Must be able to stay in the air at least 3 minutes.
    • Must be able to demonstrate the following climbs on both sides: French, Russian, Bicycle, Knee, Flirt & Russian Ball.
    • Must be able to put on a single footlock (both sides) and demonstrate at least 6 moves from single footlock.
    • Must be able to put on double footlocks and demonstrate at least 2 styles of crossback.
    • Must be able to hipkey on both sides and demonstrate at least 3 moves from hipkey.
    • Must be able to demonstrate at least 2 drops and 2 flips.
