Last Saturday we hosted Roger Harrell’s Gymnastic Seminar, and it was both fun and educational!

Attendee Jim Kerrigan reported  that “easily the most illuminating aspect of the gymnastics seminar was doing a handstand.  I have never done one!  I had spotters but they were only making sure I didn’t flop over.  It was a triumphant experience for me. But just as important was the training in regards to how to develop, meaningfully, handstand push-ups.  Roger helped me work on my kipping  pull-up and now I think that I will be able to start actually doing them!  Finally, ring muscle up segment provided a training path and instilled belief that I will do one of those too. The whole thing was great and inspiring!” Thanks to all who attended, and we look forward to more cool seminars in the future.
