Monday Meal Prep – Faux Reese’s (also known as hockey pucks)

Monday Meal Prep - Faux Reese's Years ago I adapted this recipe from a paleo chocolate bark recipe, and then I shared my version on the Whole Life Challenge forum…Since then, this recipe has been shared around so many times, that it keeps making its way back to me, like a viral YouTube video! Wait till you try it and you’ll see why it’s so popular! We keep our freezer stocked with these, as a little sweet bite to cure the cravings!

Mix in blender: 1/2 c each of: raw cocoa powder, virgin coconut oil,raw almond butter, and 8 pitted dates. Pour into the bottom of cupcake liners.

Optional: Sprinkle unsweetened coconut or other bits (nuts, dried fruit) on top or on bottom before pouring.

Freeze til solid. Keep them in a ziploc bag in the freezer… I usually double the recipe because we go through these so fast!
