It’s Resolution Time

What are you going to make happen in 2019? It’s up to each of us to declare it, and then make it happen. It’s time to think big and outside the box!

Just like earlier in the week when I showed you how important it is to recount those successes, I’ll share my short list for 2019 here.

2019 Intentions/Resolutions

Celebrate 10 year anniversary of Wine Country CrossFit
Squat #100
Compete inĀ The Open
Be a good mom – no yelling. Ever
Paddle a kayak five days in whitewater
Etc.

What we set up for ourselves for 2019 has to be specific and measurable. I can’t just say “I want to be a good person” because that is just too vague! If I say I want to squat but don’t say how much, I miss out on so much. But when I declare that I will squat #100 (which is a BIG amount post total knee replacement but small in the CrossFit world) it is specific and measurable.
