Goodbye Coach Gabe!
Gabe Novak is moving to Thailand! His last day at Wine Country CrossFit is TODAY and he flies next week.
Years ago he lived in Thailand and taught English, lived as a monk, and also fought professionally. He loved all of it, and has been waiting to return for years.
There is no time like the present, so he and wife Jen are going!
Gabe, you will be missed! And we wish you all the best in the next chapter of your life.
