How sweet the sound! Monday’s WOD is a great chance to work on your cleans, which we could all use a little help on. This is also a great time to think about shoes. Are you still weightlifting in shoes that are made to be spongy and cushion your foot while running? Time to make a change. Get yourself a good pair of weightlifting shoes. It will change your game! They can be had for as little as $75 from VS Athletics. If you don’t want to shell out that much, go grab yourself a pair of Chuck Taylor’s for $30. Either way, you will be far better off than you are in those damned cushy running shoes.
