20.4 In The Can. 20.5 Around The Corner
20.4 was a doosey! Box Jumps. Clean & Jerks ascending in weight. Some pistols if you were lucky. Folks did it during Friday Night Lights. They did it Saturday, and they did it Sunday in Open Gym. Even the teenagers did it on Monday in the CrossFit Teens Class.
This was HEAVY and HARD! Congrats to everyone who completed it, and even bigger congrats to those that had PR’s. We saw first pistols. We saw heavier weights overhead than even before. We celebrate all of you!
20.5 is around the corner, and we suspect it will be another good’un!
