I did the Tough Mudder some years ago when it was in Squaw Valley. A group of women from Wine Country CrossFit did it together, and it was HEAPS of fun. I highly recommend that you get on the team! The course in Sonoma promises to have lots of elevation gain, and the obstacles are a hoot! For us CrossFitters the obstacles are nothing but fun.
