I love chicken wings! I used to really like those sticky and sweet ones they have in restaurants during happy hour. They went down well with a cold one. But now I’m into Paleo. We’re in the Whole 30 Month of October. And those traditional chicken wings are now WAY too sweet for me!

These crispy oven-baked chicken wings are easy to make and they are Whole 30 compliant. The trick, however, is to avoid the sauces that are invariably sweet. Try these out with a big side salad and everyone at the table will be happy!
