Labor Day – What It Really Means

Most of us think of Labor Day as a three-day weekend. In fact it is more than that! Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.

Unions and blue collar jobs are fading as our world is modernized with technology. But we will still labor on Labor Day at Wine Country CrossFit.
